Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What does a strikethrough on a price mean?

Answer: The strikethrough on a price means that the item is on sale. The original price with the strike through is what the item was originally priced at. The current price is the price listed that does that have the strikethrough.

Question: What does the blue circle with a percentage in the image of a product listing mean?

Answer: The blue circle with a percentage that is in the corner of the image on products is the amount that item is currently marked down. The original price is what we originally had it listed for when the item was received in our store.

Question: Why are items from my order refunded?

Answer: We do our best to maintain our inventory, however sometimes our online inventory is not accurate, and therefore items we do not actually have are unable to be fulfilled. When this is the case, we refund the original amount back to the form of payment.

Is inventory Accurate on your Website?

We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, however since we are a brick and mortar store with no warehouse, sometimes inventory is off due to theft, defect, or damage in store. We will reach out to offer a refund or similar item if this situation arises.
